Wed, Dec. 2:
This morning, I got up and went to the bus stop. In which, the bus driver rolled the stop sign and I began running and waving after him. When he noticed this, he turned around and came back for me. I got in the van, and he was smoking while driving, which is ILLEGAL for a chauffeur to do in a public vehicle. I sat the whole way to Lunel with my head out the window to keep myself from gagging. His excuse this time was, "Well, after a week I looked and you were never there." DUMBASS, I only go to class on WEDNESDAY MORNINGS. What happens if someone else was there and he 'forgot' them?
After class, Sandrine's aunt and daughter drove me to Montpellier, which was greatly appreciated, because I would have had to wait an hour for the train. Plus, it saved me 4 euros! When I got there, I went to a cafe and got a panini, and then went to the Tram office and got myself a 10-trip pass for the tramway and bus. This is much more economical and worth my while!! Then, I went to Christina and Ted's for a visit. Christina and I chatted and drank tea and then I played her piano. Ted was putting up shelves in the baby's room. Then, I left because she had to start working on Sunday School stuff. I went to the Museum called the 'Musée Fabre'. It has the best art exhibits in Montpellier, and there was a new one displaying all of Jean Raoux's art, which was really interesting. After that, I took the tram to the line 9 bus station, and then got dropped off at Marie and Lez's. Gillian and the boys were there, so I just went there and got a drive back. I had a cup of tea and some low-fat cake with pineapple in it. It was good. We got back to the house and since I was..well.."free", I had to watch the boys until Fred got back from work, because Jill's English student had arrived at the same time we did.
But, other than that little babysitting bit, today was a good day. Tiring, and cold, but good!
(Oh, and I made myself a grilled ham and cheese sandwich for supper. NO MORE SQUASH SOUP! I AM GOING TO TURN ORANGE SOON!!)

Tues, Dec. 1st:
This morning, I was supposed to be off, but the boys didn't have school so they stayed here with me. We ate breakfast, and then they watched the Berenstain Bears while I showered. Then, Ben wanted to go back to bed (poor thing is sick...), so he slept until almost lunch time. Alex and I colored for a bit, and then when Ben woke up, we all colored in Christmas print outs. I wasn't feeling too well today, and so after Jill got back from work, I texted my teacher saying I was sick, and went to bed for the afternoon. I only slept for an hour and a half, though.
I went on Skype with the family, because Mary had gotten her parcel in the mail. I guess I sent it express mail, because it got to her in 4 business days. Usually it takes 2 weeks!.
ELLEN GETS HERE IN 13 DAYS!!

I literally did set myself on fire today, and those lyrics were what came to my brain.
This morning I woke up with fear and literally jumped out of bed. My alarm didn't go off...I do not know why... I walked the boys to school, walked for 34 minutes (It was the closest I could get to 35...). I was frozen, so I had a bath, and then crocheted, then did my laundry. Then, I walked back to the school to get the boys. I let them play outside while I was making pasta. I was putting small bits of ham in the sauce, but I took the fatty bit off and then bent down to feed it to the cat. My scarf didn't come with me. When I stood back up, my scarf and bits of my hair were flaming because they had touched the propane burner. I didn't really get hurt, just got a major scare. I smelled like burnt toast for the rest of the day...
(Oh, and while I was walking today, a house down the road is COMPLETELY decked out for Christmas. This made me happy.)
(Oh, and also, there is a new Aupair coming to school Friday. This excites me!)
(Oh, and also, also, there was a rainbow in the dark night sky tonight. Really cool!)

I'm so happy you got to play the piano! And glad you didn't burn yourself too bad (except your finger, last week!) Hope you get to know the new student and can make a new friend.
